He was courteous and extremely knowledgeable about our electronic GE dryer. We have purchased all of our appliances from Manteo Furniture and this is one of the most important reasons. Your service department is professional and its team members knowledgeable of the products they service. With his expertise, Ivan took care of our problem in no time, serviced our dryer, let us know when he was finished, and left as quickly as he arrived. I'd like to personally thank Ivan, and also commend Manteo Furniture for having someone like Ivan on their service team. Your representatives speak volumes for your company. However, we got it the very next week! They brought it to our house, helped us get it inside and everything. Great service both inside and outside the store.
